Champagne Durdon Bouval
Today, Ludovic and Sandie, the fourth Durdon Bouval generation, manage the vines on the family estate in Vincelles, in the heart of the Marne valley. Facing south/southeast, the estate began organic farming certification in 2009 and obtained ECOCERT certification for the Chardonnay plots in 2013. The Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties are now certified organic, enabling Organic production for the entire Durdon Bouval range.

" Favorite for this Meunier worked in Organic, with a beautiful typicity!"

"Harvested in 2019 from the Sablons plot, a meunier with a delicate nose of acacia, lemon and white fruit. Its vinification (blocked malolactic fermentation) and lack of dosage exalt its freshness in harmony with citrus aromas. With a hint of bitterness on the finish, it has all the hallmarks of a brut nature, with a distinguished edge". (Le Guide Hachette 2024).

"A straightforward, elegant champagne with a beautiful minerality that delivers on all its promises.

"Beautiful regularity for this non-dosed blanc de blancs, built for this version on the 2020 harvest, vinified in vats and supplemented by reserve wines from 2019 aged 12 months in barrel. Discreet and very mineral on the nose, chalky, iodized, the champagne appears lively without bite, clean and long. A straightforward, elegant champagne that will make a fine pairing with seafood." (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

"Light straw color with silver highlights. The nose offers notes of citrus (lemon), spices, bread and pear-tatin. Harmonious and suave on the palate, it reveals a condensation of yellow fruits, dried oranges, stone fruits and cake spices. Purity, suppleness and acidic freshness. A real pleasure to taste.(Le Guide des Vins Gault & Millau)

" A superb expression of the king of the Marne Valley grape varieties: golden yellow color with fine bubbles, expressive, elegant nose of yellow fruit with hints of toast and vanilla, fresh on the palate, structured, dense and persistent, with yellow fruit enhanced by spices". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2019) Fruity, round bubbles!
