"A straightforward, elegant champagne with a beautiful minerality that delivers on all its promises.
"A beautiful regularity for this non-dosed blanc de blancs, built for this version on the 2020 harvest, vinified in vat and completed by reserve wines from 2019 aged 12 months in barrel. Discreet and very mineral on the nose, chalky, iodized, the champagne appears lively without bite, clean and long. A straightforward, elegant champagne that will make a fine pairing with seafood." (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

About the wine:
A beautiful consistency for this non-dosed blanc de blancs, built for this version on the 2020 harvest, vinified in vats and complemented by reserve wines from 2019 aged 12 months in barrel. Discreet and very mineral on the nose, chalky, iodized, the champagne appears lively without bite, clean and long. A straightforward, elegant champagne that goes well with seafood.
About the domain :
In 2000, Ludovic and Sandie Durdon took over the family estate in the Marne valley from three generations. Managing 7.5 hectares, they have undertaken the organic conversion of 3 ha of vines; certification was obtained in 2013 for the Chardonnay and in 2015 for the Pinots, with biodynamic certification in 2023. Since 2021, a press and a new vathouse have enabled the estate to carry out all the vinification previously entrusted to the local cooperative.

About the wine:
The pale lemon color announces the wine's youthfulness. Floral notes of lime blossom and lemon are magnificently fresh and pure. They open with subtle yellow fruits that are utterly heavenly. The overall impression of youth and tonicity continues vibrantly with lively, zesty bubbles and a light, mineral mousse. Tension builds on the palate, which is pure, long and delicate. This delicacy and elegance improve as the wine opens. A champagne Favorite, so vibrant that it can stand up to any dish.
About the domain :
The family estate has just welcomed its fifth generation of winemakers in the presence of Antoine, the owners' son. With vineyards located in Vincelles and Barzy, in the heart of the Marne Valley, the estate owns just over 6 hectares. The Chardonnay is grown using certified organic methods, and the two Pinots are in the process of obtaining certification. The wines are aged partly in barrels and partly in vats, then left to mature in the cellar for many years. This estate offers excellent quality across the range, and also welcomes you to its gîte to discover its wines and vineyard. A new parcel-based cuvée, "Les Sablons", is now available.

Always on the lookout for surprising champagne, I was pleasantly surprised by this blanc de blanc nature. It really brings out the elegance of the chardonnay. Very pleasant as an aperitif. The dosage is not lacking. For a blanc de blanc with no dosage, it's also very affordable.

Magnificent. In the same vein as Roederer but a little less expensive.

aromatic richness, well-controlled acidity despite the absence of added sugar. An "extra-brut" accessible to the neophyte.
