Cuvée Juste Rosé Extra Brut displays the finesse of Chardonnay, combined with the red fruit of Pinot Noir. It reveals lovely aromas of blood orange, wild strawberry and redcurrant. Elegant and precise on the palate, with a lovely bitter finish. Ideal with white meats or simply as an aperitif.

About the domain :
Patrick Le Brun, who had been managing the family vineyard (nearly 7 ha, mostly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs) since 1996, handed it over to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents the 5th generation on the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are low dosage.
