Le Brun-Servenay Champagne
The Le Brun-Servenay estate, located in Avize in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, was founded in 1933. Winegrowers at heart and harvesters-handlers for several generations, Patrick Le Brun now runs the estate. The Le Brun-Servenay vineyard covers 7 hectares spread over 3 of the 17 villages classified as "Grand Cru," which allows for elegance, finesse, and lightness.

The vines of the Le Brun-Servenay estate are planted on limestone or clay-limestone soils, which ensure perfect drainage, allowing excess water to infiltrate while maintaining sufficient moisture in the soil. In addition, chalk has the ability to store and release solar heat, thus playing an extremely beneficial regulatory role. The various stages of production, from blending the wines for aging with those of the current year to aging in chalk cellars, are carried out with the utmost respect for Champagne tradition. Authentic expertise to offer lovers of true winemaker's champagnes.
