After 36 months on laths, this extra-brut Champagne (dosage 3gr/l) opens with aromas of citrus zest and lime, accompanied by fragrances of fresh fern. The palate reveals citrus and granny Smith apple flavors, a fine texture and remarkable length... Excellent as an aperitif, it's also an ideal partner for sushi, oysters and shellfish...

About the domain :
Patrick Le Brun, who had been managing the family vineyard (nearly 7 ha, mostly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs) since 1996, handed it over to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents the 5th generation on the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are low dosage.

Very lively - full-bodied only after a few hours of opening - worth waiting a few months before drinking.

Beautifully effervescent and pale in color, with a rather discreet nose, this champagne is straightforward and taut on the palate, the acidity supported by a palette of delicate aromas that are by no means ostentatious. The malolactic fermentation was not carried out, which is a good thing, but the finish lacks complexity. Very good Q/P ratio. Thank you
