"Assertive freshness!
"Always a unique and characteristic shimmering raspberry color. The nose develops this perfume associated with just-crushed strawberry flesh, a very precise and pure grenadine blend. The palate translates this juiciness and transparent flesh to some cherry and salivating tones underlined by the chardonnay. What fruit!" (Le Guide Bettane + Desseauve).

About the wine:
Always a unique, characteristic shimmering raspberry color. The nose develops this perfume associated with the flesh of just-crushed strawberries, with the great precision and purity of a grenadine blend. The palate translates this juiciness and transparent flesh to some cherry and salivating tones underlined by the chardonnay. All fruit!
About the domain :
What can we say about this house other than that it is in dazzling form, driven by a cellar master, Frédéric Panaïotis, at the top of his game, and by technical teams, in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the support functions, driven by the same exacting standards and the same desire to innovate. The entire range has gained spectacularly in precision and intensity, without losing any of its style based on aromatic brilliance. Focusing on Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, the champagnes all display great delicacy and aromatic purity, in which chalk, flowers, white fruits and citrus fruits express themselves remarkably well. The latest editions of the dom-ruinart cuvée have greatly impressed us. Committed to art and creation, the house calls on the greatest talents to interpret its DNA, style and art of living.
Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté (guide 2024) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the domain :
The doyenne of Champagne houses. It could be classified as a historic monument, as are the cellars dug into the chalk during the Gallo-Roman period, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. The company's founder, Nicolas Ruinart, added wine trading in 1729 to his activity as a cloth merchant - another flourishing industry in the region at the time, soon to be abandoned. The company remained family-owned until it was absorbed by Moët et Chandon in 1963. Its prestige champagne takes its name from the monk dom Ruinart, a scholar and contemporary of dom Pérignon. Chardonnay has been at the heart of Ruinart cuvées since 1947, for a style that emphasizes freshness. Frédéric Panaïotis has been cellar master since 2007.

Domaine noté (guide 2024) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the wine:
The Brut rosé is fruity and slightly peppery, with a touch of softness on the palate. It could gain in complexity with longer ageing on laths, but it is open, expressive and delicious.
About the domain :
The first Champagne house, founded in 1729, enjoys an excellent reputation in France, thanks to remarkable work on marketing, style and identity. The emphasis is on Chardonnay, fine lees reduction and creaminess, for wines that strike a chord with customers who are very attached to the brand. Under the guidance of cellar master Frédéric Panaïotis, the wines have gained in purity and precision. The champagnes presented this year confirm the return to correct dosage, precise maturity and greater complexity.

About the wine:
A seductive, well-dried rosé with a multitude of red berry aromas, notably wild strawberry, but behind this lies the structure of a serious Chardonnay from the limestone soils of this region, and it's the chalky texture that anchors it on the long finish. Drink now.
