Ercavio 's magnificent 15-hectare vineyard benefits from an ideal terroir for perfect ripening of the grapes and keeping them fresh. The Tempranillo Roble cuvée, named after the grape variety, is vinified in the traditional way, partly in the typical clay amphoras known as "tinajas", before being transferred to barrels.
