The Infernal
In 2002, Laurent Combier, Peter Fischer and Jean-Michel Gerin, 3 French winemakers, made their first Priorat wine with leased vines.

Owners of 8ha of vines, they used to make wine in their cellar. This decade has enabled them to understand this region and to present the new l'Infernal range, made from parcel selections.

Léo Cuisinier and Lucas Chazallet have now taken up the torch. the Infernal. Trained at the Combier estate, they are determined to continue the adventure begun by the trio.

"Made by Combier, Fischer, Gerin!"

A powerful combination for this Priorat pleasure! The work of 3 talented French winemakers, Laurent Combier, Jean-Michel Gerin and Peter Fischer, this wine takes us to the heart of the Catalan hills. Immerse yourself in the depth of its aromatics, where fresh red fruit dominates over spices and vanilla. This cuvée is soft and silky with great character and power, filling your mouth with its minerality and fruitiness. A Priorat for everyone, and one that will satisfy even the most expert palates.

"Limited quantities

From the purple schist of the Priorat region, this 100% Carignan expresses its finesse and elegance. To fully express its potential, it needs to be decanted and opened at least 2 hours before tasting. Ideal with rack of lamb, roast meats, terrines...

"Made by Cuisinier & Chazallet!"

The brainchild of Léo Cuisinier and Lucas Chazallet, this vintage delivers an explosion of flavor and freshness on the nose. Slight floral and gourmand notes. The style of the great Priorats is in the glass. Ample and beautifully balanced. The texture is very fluid and dynamic. Great, complex length, Aguilera 2011 is a multi-faceted wine: a sensation of opulence, a slight smokiness bounces back delicately before a powerful but very fresh finish. Great potential.
