"Exopto's very young red 2021 Bozeto [...] seems very balanced, with good ripeness (14.5%), showing the Garnacha and the more austere Graciano with beautiful fruit and freshness. This is a very successful wine, with a complexity and depth that exceed its price. It was aged in a combination of concrete and oak containers for around six months. An excellent bargain in one of the best vintages for this wine." (Wine Advocate 2022)

About the wine:
Exopto's very young red 2021 Bozeto blends Tempranillo from Ábalos and Mediterranean Garnacha from Alfaro (with 10% Graciano), and it seems very balanced, with good ripeness (14.5%), showing the Garnacha and the more austere Graciano with beautiful fruit and freshness. It's very successful and has a complexity and depth that exceed its price. It was aged in a combination of concrete and oak containers for around six months. An excellent bargain in one of the best vintages for this wine. 70,000 bottles produced. Bottled in April 2022.

About the wine:
Spicy nose with notes of black beans, cherry compote and roasted Mediterranean herbs and spices. Fleshy and supple, with a lovely cherry pie perfume on the palate, rounded out by fresh, juicy tannins. There's not immense depth here, but it's vibrant and alive. A blend of garnacha, tempranillo and graciano. Drink now.
