Robert Parker

"Prima 2012 is made from Tempranillo and Grenache, aged 16 months in a mix of French and American barrels of different ages. It's very ripe, on exuberant aromas of Morello cherry, Damask plum and violet, with deep notes of graphite and peat. The palate is medium-bodied, with abundant tannins, good acidity, power and concentration, finishing with light warmth. A powerful Toro that's already very approachable." (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)
