Brasserie d'Orgemont
Visit Brasserie d'Orgemontfounded in 2001 by the passionate Jean-Bernard Guyot, is one of France's oldest craft breweries. Located in the Champagne-Ardenne region, some thirty kilometers from Reims, it has acquired the know-how to produce quality beers with a strong identity. To satisfy every taste, the Brasserie d'Orgemont offers a full range of beers. Two types of beer are brewed here: Orgemont (blonde, brunette, triple), Belgian abbey-style beers, and Valmy (white, blonde, amber, IPA), beers BIO and two special beers: Rèmes (with champagne marc) and Louve (with raspberry).

Orgemont beer is also conceived as a key ingredient in the development of typical local products, in keeping with regional traditions and know-how. Today, Brasserie d'Orgemont not only produces and markets beer, but also terrines and cheeses. In 2006, it launched a cheese, a sheep's tomme matured with Orgemont brown beer.

Committed to environmental protection, the players in the Brasserie d'Orgemont are part of a 100% local and ecological production approach, with the aim of producing without a carbon footprint. In 2015, Bière Valmy was selected by the World Climate Conference Organization to be the beer of COP21.
A system of photovoltaic panels already covers the brewery, a well has been drilled to use local water, and a farm project is underway to produce organic raw materials (barley, hops, etc.) so that the brewery will eventually be completely self-sufficient.

Bières récompensées Hachette Bières

"This golden, coppery Triple, one of the first Triples from Champagne-Ardennes, is topped with an imposing mousse. The nose is very expressive, with ripe yellow fruits followed by toasted cereals. On the attack, the effervescence is lively, then the texture unfolds, full and warm on the palate, taking up all the space. The malt base is clearly present. Candied and cooked fruit flavors dominate, followed by spices (cloves, pepper). The sweetness doesn't take over, and the peppery finish is surprisingly long-lasting. This triple Champagne version possesses rare elegance, relief and remarkable balance". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

Golden, with a velvety mousse, this beautiful blond is a subtle blend of discreet bitterness and sweetness. Round and fruity, with aromas of malts and lightly smoked cereals, it finishes with a slight bitterness that prolongs the flavors. A blond craft beer with a strong personality that will appeal to connoisseurs.
