Gaia Wines
Created in 1994 by Yiannis Paraskevopoulos and Leon Karatsalos, the vineyards GAIA are spread over 2 distinct and renowned areas of Greece: the Peloponnese (with the Nemea appellation) and the island of Santorini.

1996 marks the first turning point in the estate's history. Christina Legaki joins the GAIA team as third partner. At the same time, an additional 7 hectares of vines are purchased, in particular for the construction of a new winery.

To date, GAIA Wines has a production of around 350,000 bottles - all produced to the highest quality standards.

A traditional Greek product, Retsina is made by adding pine resin to Roditis must - a white grape variety from the Peloponnese. Gaia's Ritinitis Nobilis stands out for the balance of its aromas: pine resin dominates, supported by citrus notes from the Roditis. A fresh wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with mezedes (Greek tapas). For those who love discovery!
