This Dolcetto d'Alba displays the typical characteristics of the region. The balance of acidity, tannins and alcohol is harmonious. The fruit dominates the nose and palate, making this wine delicately greedy. A Piedmontese red that can be enjoyed young!

Dark, almost opaque color. Discreet nose. The wine needs to be shaken up to release some black fruit and prune aromas. The palate is more talkative, with hints of licorice and prunes. A hint of bitterness appears, followed by well-presented tannins. A serious wine, as opposed to frivolous, but seriousness is a quality here!
