Rated (guide 2021) 90/100 (Wonderful wine)

Domaine noté Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate)

About the wine:

Another expression of organic Sangiovese from Lorenzo Zonin's dynamic Podere San Cristoforo, the 2018 Maremma Toscana Sangiovese Amaranto shows a robust, moderately concentrated constitution. This expression reveals dark fruit and plum with more tonic notes of wild cherry and rose on the back end. The tannins are a little rougher for this wine.
