Owned by singer Sting since 2000, the Il Palagio estate is located in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. Vineyards and olive groves have been cultivated on theIl Palagio estate for centuries. Sting and his wife Trudy, who are deeply committed to environmental causes, converted the vineyard to organic farming and replanted 11 hectares of vines.
The Il Palagio estate's grape varieties consist mainly of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Syrah, and Merlot for the reds, and Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.
