Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated 14/20 (Good wine)
Domain Noted (2020 guide) Selected (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the wine:
An agile, ripe, fruity bubble with notes of hazelnut and yellow fruit.
About the domain :
Éric and Bérengère Thill farm their 5 hectares organically to produce a range of single-varietal wines: true to his Alsatian origins, Éric offers a varietal interpretation of Jura terroirs, particularly those in the south. The result lacks consistency, with the wines claiming to be natural sometimes displaying hints of oxidation.
