La Ciderée Brut se veut d'un joli jaune doré limpide aux bulles fines. Frais et fin, le nez offre des notes de fruits jaunes, de tarte tatin, de pommes fraîches et de miel. En bouche, vivacité et délicatesse sont au rendez-vous, l'attaque franche et droite est soutenue par de jolis arômes de pommes et d'abricots secs, avec un soupçon de vanille, pour une finale doucereuse. Délicieux !
