Drink or Keep

spicy
suave
hard cheese
poularde demi-deuil with truffle

This gastronomic white wine reveals the full expression of the Fabrègues terroir in a very southern blend (Grenache blanc, Roussane, Vermentino, Viognier). The attack is round, rich and intensely aromatic, with a spicy finish. A cuvée that goes well with poultry in cream sauce and mushrooms.

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Domaine rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))

About the domain :

Clos des Nines is located in Fabrègues, Hérault. Isabelle Mangeart manages this nine-hectare estate, which is dedicated to wine and olive growing. After cool 2015s and warmer 2016s, 2017 finds in the cuvée l'orée a superb balance between the volume on the palate provided by the great ripeness of the grapes and a welcome freshness.

Guide Hachette des vins

Guide Hachette des vins

Domaine noté (guide 2020) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the domain :

In 2002, Isabelle Mangeart, head of sales for a multinational food company, decided to change careers and created Clos des Nines from scratch, a name in homage to her three daughters (nines, in Occitan). The 10-hectare vineyard nestles in the heart of the garrigue and olive groves between Sète and Montpellier.
