Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
Six hectares surrounded by garrigue, perched at an altitude of 300 meters in the heart of the Cévennes, where typical Mediterranean grape varieties flourish. The alternation of warm days and cool nights allows the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their aromatic purity and freshness. The wines are flattering, aromatic, always well-balanced and fresh. All in all, elegant, easy-drinking and full of personality.
