"This compilation of different vintages isn't the estate's signature, but it's a great bottle nonetheless. There's that sensation of forest fruits and cranberry, with very subtle tannins and a fresh finish." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2021 - RVF) This cuvée is inspired by a Spanish tradition of blending different harvests to create the wine most representative of the estate. An atypical, charismatic cuvée!

About the wine:
This compilation of different vintages is not the estate's signature wine, but it's a great bottle nonetheless. There's a sensation of wild berries and cranberries, with very subtle tannins and a fresh finish.
About the domain :
Rémy Pédréno and his wife Martine have been running this 9-hectare estate on the historic Langlade terroir since 1999. Having previously worked in the northern Rhône region, notably for Domaine Rostaing, this passionate winemaker from Nîmes quickly established himself as one of the region's greats, producing elegant, taut, airy wines from this marl-limestone terroir that has been renowned for centuries. Aging in tuns and a more precise management of the lees have taken this estate to a new level, and it is now an undisputed benchmark. Jeremy Stevenson joins Martine and Rémy from New Zealand, Alsace, Chile and Oregon.
