"The new Okapy rosé, with its unique character under the sign of the ram".

Okapy has a lovely pale color, with a bright nose of white and exotic fruits. A fresh cuvée, perfect for the arrival of spring. The palate is lively, thirst-quenching and well-balanced (glass stopper).

Half-Languedoc, half-Sables de Camargue hybrid rosé with a friendly, appetizing style. Thanks to the suppleness and freshness provided by the Cinsault, the palate is benevolently round and sensual, with tart red fruits (raspberry and garriguette in particular) and citrus notes, refreshed by a hint of iodine. Good, salivating length. Well-balanced, the wine lacks neither finesse nor tonicity, at most a little complexity and personality. Nevertheless, the price is a little off, as it seems to be impacted by the aesthetics of the bottle. Hardly tannic with its 12.50% alcohol content, this charming rosé is the ideal son-in-law for aperitifs on the terrace, but also with paellas or charcoal-baked prawn kebabs. Score = 4.
