Domaine noté (guide 2017) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and that, as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).

About the domain :

We are delighted to welcome Gilles Azam's domaine to our Guide, located in the upper Aude valley, in the commune of Roquetaillade, perhaps the future cru communal of the Limouxin. For several years now, this production, centered around a few well-defined cuvées, has established itself as a useful reference point for the entire appellation. The fruit of attentive viticulture, aware of the value of the place and its historical foundation, these wines possess an assertive character, always intense and fresh, which will blossom in contact with the air and in the company of foods rich in flavor.
