Jancis Robinson
A blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah, this Terrasses du Larzac presents a nose as singular as ever, with gourmet aromas of blackcurrant, elderberry and candied fruit cake. The palate is frank and elegant, with subtle notes of menthol and wood. The Mourvèdre grape, a major component of this blend, makes for a complex cuvée with excellent ageing potential.

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
The ideal house for those who want to discover good Languedoc wines faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a winery. They mature their selected cuvées with the winegrowers from whom they buy them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of their origins. A wide gourmet range with many successful wines and a few stunning surprises.

In 1995, oenologist Laurent Calmel teamed up with Jérôme Joseph to found a trading house specializing in Languedoc-Roussillon terroir wines. The duo launched their label in 2007. He selects the plots, vinifies and ages the cuvées.
