"A dashing 2018 that doesn't tip into excess solar richness. Very crisp in fruit and without bluster, it's ready to drink now." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) This small Loire Valley appellation produces a pale yellow, slightly brilliant white, with a complex, aromatic nose of acacia and primary Sauvignon aromas. The attack on the palate is round, frank and generous, with notes of dried fruit and a supple, balanced and persistent finish. It has everything to please!

About the domain :

Vincent Hayer, the estate's operations manager for almost 20 years, became the manager of the property in 2020, a former Château de Troussay clos, converted to organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2015. Owned by the highly committed Chevrier family, the estate comprises 30 ha divided between Cour-Cheverny and Cheverny, with very old Sauvignon vines in particular.
