«Un 2018 fringant qui ne bascule pas dans l'excès de richesse solaire. Très croquant de fruit et sans esbroufe, il est à boire dès maintenant.» (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) Cette petite appellation du Val de Loire donne ici un blanc à la robe jaune pâle et légèrement brillant, au nez complexe et aromatique avec des senteurs d’acacia et les arômes primaires du sauvignon. L'attaque en bouche est ronde, franche et généreuse avec des notes de fruits secs, ainsi qu'une finale souple, équilibrée et persistante. Il a tout pour plaire !

About the domain :

Vincent Hayer, the estate's operations manager for almost 20 years, became the manager of the property in 2020, a former clos du Château de Troussay, converted to organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2015. Owned by the highly committed Chevrier family, the estate comprises 30 ha divided between Cour-Cheverny and Cheverny, with very old Sauvignon vines in particular.
