About the wine:
It was harvested at full maturity, fermented spontaneously and bottled with residual sugar, so that the second fermentation in the bottle comes from these natural sugars. Triple zero" means no chaptalization of the base wines, no addition of sugar to start the second fermentation, and no dosage. The golden color shows a slight evolution, the nose brimming with the intense ripe yellow apple flavor of Chenin Blanc, both cooked and fresh. The palate continues with round, mellow apples, clean, bone-dry and fresh, expressive and saline. This is a table wine with a persistent, smooth finish.
