Minchin Estates
Bertrand Minchin, "passionate about terroirs," is particularly renowned in the Touraine and Valençay appellations, a new appellation in the Loire Valley that was created in 2004. He cultivates his vines using sustainable methods: compost or organic amendments and no root herbicides. Careful vinification and appropriate aging allow him to offer delicious wines with a unique silkiness and that special Rabelaisian touch that delights wine lovers!

It was in Menetou-Salon, and more specifically in the commune of Morogues, that Bertrand Minchin planted his 16 hectares of vines in 1988, on land where Bertrand's grandfather had already been growing vines before the war. In 2004, Bertrand Minchin took over an estate in Valençay: "Le Claux Delorme."
