Eric Bordelet

Eric Bordelet, a trained sommelier, has been a "Pomologist and Poirologist" since 1992. He tends to a 19-hectare orchard on the schistose and granitic Armorican Massif in southern Normandy. The trees, aged between 40 and 100 years (and even 300 years for some), produce around sixty different varieties of apples and pears.

The orchard is also maintained in the most natural way possible, according to the principles of biodynamics. Harvesting is done manually and selectively, depending on the ripeness of the fruit and the variety. This exceptional quality raw material allows Eric Bordelet to produce typical and authentic "Haute Couture" ciders and perries.
