Eric Bordelet - Sydre Argelette 2017 (magnum)

Eric Bordelet - Sydre Argelette 2017 (magnum)

morel clafoutis
gastronomy

L’Argelette (a name given by the elders) refers to the schistose stones that form the base of the orchard. A "Grand Cru" cuvée made from old trees and composed of as many varieties as possible. The fruits are blended in the same way every year: 40% bitter, 40% sweet, and 20% tart, in order to respect the vintage. A complex, vinous cider with good aging potential thanks to its balance of body, acidity, roundness, fullness, and minerality. A cuvée made for the table.
