"A wine with lots of personality and amazing aging potential."

"This vintage unfolds with perfect extraction, a nose of black fruits, truffle notes, supple oak, and a delicate bouquet. Everything is complex and charming, with tannins that open up with panache without overwhelming the freshness. The finish offers a radiant bitterness and extra oak. That's what we call balance. Bettane & Desseauve

4-star estate (Producers of very high quality, the pride of French vineyards)

About the estate:

A terroir within a terroir—that sums up Terrebrune, a cherished estate run by Reynald Delille and Jean d'Arthuis. Located in Ollioules, this estate near the Mediterranean benefits from sea breezes and first-rate limestone soil. No muscle, no overly colorful hues, but wines imbued with sensitivity, which need to be given time to express themselves in terms of aromas. More recently, it is Julien Paul, the brilliant technical director, who has brought out the triad and refined the precious grain of Terrebrune. The 2019 vintage stands at the pinnacle of refined and delicate Bandols.

About wine:

This vintage unfolds with perfect extraction, a nose of black fruits, truffle notes, supple oak, and a delicate bouquet. Everything is complex and charming, with tannins that open up with panache without overwhelming the freshness. The finish offers a radiant bitterness and extra oak. That's what we call balance.

About the estate:

Located in the commune of Ollioules, the estate has 35 hectares of vineyards planted on terraces facing the Mediterranean Sea, which are cultivated using organic farming methods. The vineyard benefits from clay-limestone marl soil from the Triassic period, unique to Bandol, which gives it a distinctive style. The property is located just a few kilometers from the sea and benefits from sea spray, ideal for Mourvèdre grapes.
