Robert Parker

"The 2014 Costières de Nîmes Grimaudes is a seductive blend of Grenache and Carignan, with a powerful, ripe (almost overripe) nose of melted licorice, plum, pencil sharpening and graphite. Softer, livelier and fresher on the palate than on the nose, it's medium-bodied, with good texture and a clean finish." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker). A round and delicious red!

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Domain rated 1*Star (A serious, commendable production, in keeping with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))

About the domain :

Since 1999, at the Domaine des Perrières, Marc Kreydenweiss and his wife Emmanuelle have been happily combining their Alsatian know-how with their passion for Midi grape varieties, particularly reds, all using biodynamic methods. The result: magnificent wines that are completely out of the ordinary, the Ansata cuvée being a perfect illustration.
