About the domain :
Since 1999, at the Domaine des Perrières, Marc Kreydenweiss and his wife Emmanuelle have been happily combining their Alsatian know-how with their passion for Midi grape varieties, especially reds, all using biodynamic methods. The result: magnificent wines that are completely out of the ordinary, the Ansata cuvée being a perfect illustration.

About the wine :
We love the unwavering density of its sustained, bright flavors, bursting with black grape juice, cistus, licorice and notes of bitter cocoa. A firm, chiseled structure, with the heterogeneous grain that freshly accompanies it to the finish. Noble!

About the wine :
A fabulous expression of Carignan, the Costières de Nîmes KA 2012 offers classic notes of old leather, pepper, wild herbs and an assortment of purple fruits. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent concentration and remarkable purity, it should drink well over the next 4-6 years, although I wouldn't be surprised to see it last much longer.
