Robert Parker
"Made from a blend of Carignan and Grenache, the ruby-red Costières de Nîmes Les Grimaudes 2013 has abundant blackberry and plum notes, lots of fruit and then moves on to notes of old leather, licorice and earthy herbs. Medium-bodied, elegant and polished, this is a serious, solid wine to drink over the next 4-5 years." (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker). A round, delicious red!

Costières de Nîmes
Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domain rated 1*Star (A serious, commendable production, in keeping with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
Since 1999, at the Domaine des Perrières, Marc Kreydenweiss and his wife Emmanuelle have been happily combining their Alsatian know-how with their passion for Midi grape varieties, particularly reds, all using biodynamic methods. The result: magnificent wines that are completely out of the ordinary, the Ansata cuvée being a perfect illustration.
