This Grenache / Syrah duo reveals all the strength of Lirac, delivering a complex nose blending black fruit, blackberry jam, garrigue and licorice. The palate is full-bodied, rich, dense and velvety, with plenty of freshness and tannins that are present but fine and supple. The finish is marked by aromas of wild thyme and zan.

About the domain :
Established at the foot of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce sanctuary in Rochefort-du-Gard, not far from the ancient marshes drained by the monks in the Middle Ages, this estate, created in 1994 from the merger of three small holdings, has shown great consistency in quality. Succeeding his parents Jean-Pierre and Dominique, Romain Dubois and his wife Laure, now alone at the head of the estate, have created a new winery and converted the 20 ha of vines to organic farming.
