"Wine is a mole on the cheek of intelligence" (Omar Khayyâm, Persian Muslim poet and mathematician of the 11th century) In homage to this lover of wine, cuvée Khayyâm is a poet who needs a little time to unfold and reveal the mysteries it conceals. Oriental, spicy and warm, it's a good idea to invite it in winter, when it will warm up your table.

Domain Noted Selected (An estate or house that has seduced us with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the wine:
The success of the estate shows the potential of this sector of the southern Ardèche, which has long been too little known and is now gaining in reputation and quality. On terroirs of rounded pebbles, at the confluence of the Rhône and Ardèche rivers, the vines of Mas de Libian, cultivated biodynamically, produce wines of surprising purity of fruit, sincerity and concentration, while remaining fresh.
