Domaine de la Citadelle - Short Film 2015

Domaine de la Citadelle - Court Métrage 2015

In its youth, Court Métrage Rouge reveals itself in an intense purple color with violet highlights. It expresses itself generously on the nose and palate, with a rich flavor of red fruits and a hint of currant. The attack is lively and crisp. A fiery red!

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2018 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the estate:

The estate offers a wide range of wines, all of good quality, which focus more on elegance and aromatic precision than power. The 2014, 2015, and 2016 vintages are further successes for the estate, in all three colors.

Gault & Millau Wine Guide

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau

2-star rating (Successful production)

About the estate:

In 1989, Yves Rousset-Rouard purchased an old farmhouse and its 8 hectares of vines with the aim of producing a great terroir wine and promoting the Côtes du Luberon appellation, now known as "Luberon." Twenty years later, through hard work and a highly selective choice of plots, he seems to have achieved his goal. His son Alexis has also been helping him on the estate since 1995. Located on the northern slope of the Luberon massif, the 40 hectares under production comprise more than 65 plots, all planted with 14 different grape varieties, with Syrah and Grenache forming the basis. Within the estate grounds is the Corkscrew Museum, which houses 1,200 items dating from the 17th century to the present day.
