A true pleasure cuvée, Envie de Liberté's nose reveals notes of garrigue, toasted hazelnut and subtle hints of mocha. The attack is suave, with a coulis of ripe red fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant), followed by tones of black zan and pepper brought out by the ageing process. A full-bodied structure on the palate underlines the ripeness of the material!
