Vignobles Marrenon stretches across the Luberon massif and the southern slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse, clinging to the sides of these mountains, following the contours of the hills, and stretching along the rivers. All vinifications are coordinated within the cellars. For each style of wine produced by Vignobles Marrenon, a specific vinification itinerary is followed. Vignobles Marrenon's efforts are focused on perfect adherence to ripening dates, respect for primary fruit characters by harvesting at night until mid-morning (even for certain reds), and by favoring gentle extraction methods (rosés with free-run juice, reds with very careful extraction cycles)....
