The nose is marked by baking spices and smoked meats, framing massive black fruit flavors (plums and black cherries) and adding welcome complexity. Breeding

All the Syrahs are aged in 1-wine barrels for 1 year, the Grenaches are aged in concrete vats for 1 year, the two are blended and then aged for 3 months in concrete vats.
