A gastronomic rosé par excellence, Tavel has an intense cherry-red color tending towards ruby. The nose reveals aromas of very ripe fruit and sweet licorice. A typical wine, between fullness and nervousness, perfect for accompanying elaborate cuisine.

About the domain :
Over the past 15 years, the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel has expanded by acquiring appellations in the Southern Rhône Valley. A successful ambition, both in Luberon with Vieille Ferme and on the other terroirs presented. A perfect mastery of fermentation and appropriate ageing are key factors in this success.
