Famille Perrin
These two entities are underpinned by the same philosophy: to strive to situate the vine in its universe, i.e. the earth, the animals and the stars whose influence it undergoes. Beaucastel's vineyards are farmed organically, with treatments kept to a strict minimum and the use of natural compost predominant, while Maison Perrin 's wine trade relies on sourcing from the most demanding local producers.

Famille Perrin - Côtes du Rhône Réserve blanc 2023
4.2/5 (6 reviews)
16/20 Jancis Robinson

Maison Perrin - Côtes du Rhône Réserve rosé 2021
3.6/5 (8 reviews)
This rosé, with its delicate pale pink color, opens charmingly with a lovely aromatic bouquet, skilfully blending aromas of red fruits and spring flowers. The palate is full of freshness and crisp fruit, typical of the 2021 vintage. The sapid, long finish adds freshness. (screw cap)
Maison Perrin - Vacqueyras Les Christins rouge 2018
3.5/5 (4 reviews)
92/100 Vinous
-
89/100 Wine Spectator
Produced on very clayey terroirs with Ouvèze gravel, Les Christins is a fine example of the expression of old Grenache from the southern Rhône. It delivers an impressive aromatic bouquet, tinged with black fruits and peppery spices. Powerful and full-bodied, it exhales notes of black olives and licorice on the palate, underpinned by fine tension. A Vacqueyras of choice!
Maison Perrin - Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Sinards blanc 2019
4.5/5 (2 reviews)
92/100 Robert Parker
-
92/100 Wine Spectator
"Full-bodied and richly textured, Les Sinards Blanc 2019 is a blend of barrel-fermented Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, all from a single vineyard parcel. Notes of pencil shavings highlight honeyed pineapple and white peaches, supported by hints of lime and tangerine in this lush, almost decadent white wine." (Wine Advocate 2020 - Joe Czerwinski) A rare cuvee managed by the Beaucastel teams!
Maison Perrin - Rasteau L'Andéol 2017
3.5/5 (4 reviews)
In a very warm, south-facing climate, Rasteau l'Andéol gives full expression to the power of ripe Grenache. Its deep red color reveals a generous nose of stewed black fruits, kirsch cherries and spicy notes. The attack is frank and voluminous, supported by tight tannins, spicy aromas and a few floral notes... A fine representative of the appellation!
Maison Perrin - Cairanne Peyre Blanche 2017
4/5 (3 reviews)
15/20 Bettane & Desseauve
On stony, clay and saffron soil, Peyre Blanche is composed of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. This bottle opens with intense fruit on the nose and palate. Gouleyant to perfection, supported by an explosion of black fruits, the wine is balanced with freshness. A Cairanne of pleasure!
Maison Perrin - Côtes du Rhône Nature 2018
3.2/5 (8 reviews)
Prix Plaisir Bettane & Desseauve
A Côtes-du-Rhône par excellence, here Grenache and Syrah complement each other with a bouquet of mixed red and black fruits: crushed strawberries, blackberries, tinged with a freshness spiced with hints of garrigue. A fleshy, well-balanced red with fine, elegant tannins. Naturally good!
Maison Perrin - Vacqueyras Les Christins blanc 2014
3.5/5 (10 reviews)
Harvested in bright summer sunshine, the 3 white grape varieties express themselves with aromas of white fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, rich and balanced by a fine minerality, the finish is complex and dense, with subtle bitters. A very fine white Vacqueyras!
Maison Perrin - Gigondas L'Argnée Vieilles Vignes 2014
5/5 (1 review)
93-95/100 Robert Parker
"It competes with the best wines of the vintage. The Gigondas L'Argnée Vieilles Vignes 2014 comes mainly from sandy soils and pre-phylloxera vines; the only problem is that there are only a hundred or so cases of this wine. Offering superb notes of ground pepper, crushed flowers, violets and spices, with a core of kirsch and raspberry, this beauty is full-bodied, impeccably balanced and has structuring yet ultra-fine tannins. It's hard to find, but well worth the effort" (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
Maison Perrin - Vinsobres Les Hauts de Julien Vieilles Vignes 2014
4.5/5 (2 reviews)
92-94/100 Robert Parker
"Les Hauts de Julien 2014 is easily the most impressive wine from the Perrin family. A blend of co-fermented Syrah and Grenache that comes from high-altitude plots, it presents sublime notes of black and blue fruits, violets, crushed pepper and wet pebbles. Medium- to full-bodied, elegant, straightforward and silky, this is a high-class Rhône Méridional wine with a foot in the Rhône Septentrional." (Wine Advocate 2015 - Robert Parker)
Maison Perrin - Muscat Beaumes de Venise 2014
4.3/5 (6 reviews)
Located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Beaumes de Venise enjoys a particularly warm climate. This enables the grapes to reach excellent ripeness, resulting in this naturally sweet wine, with its intense muscat and mint aromas, honey, exotic and rich notes. The ideal companion for desserts!
