"A sure bet!"

"A pale rosé with a beautiful freshness".

Produced on very clayey terroirs with Ouvèze gravel, Les Christins is a fine example of the expression of old Grenache from the southern Rhône. The Gigondas L'Argnée Vieilles Vignes 2014 comes mainly from sandy soils and pre-phylloxera vines; the only problem is that there are only a hundred or so cases of this wine. Offering superb notes of ground pepper, crushed flowers, violets and spices, with a core of kirsch and raspberry, this beauty is full-bodied, impeccably balanced and has structuring yet ultra-fine tannins.
