Produced on very clayey soils with gravel from the Ouvèze river, Les Christins is a fine example of the expression of old Grenache vines from the southern Rhône. It offers an impressive aromatic bouquet, tinged with black fruits and peppery spices . Powerful and full-bodied, it exudes notes of black olives and licorice on the palate, supported by a beautiful tension. A Vacqueyras of choice!

About the estate:

Over the past 15 years, the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel has expanded by acquiring appellations in the southern Rhône Valley. This ambition has been successfully realized both in Luberon with La Vieille Ferme and in the other terroirs presented. Perfect mastery of fermentation and appropriate aging techniques have played a major role in this success.
