"A luminous and perfectly balanced cuvée".

Ignis means "fire" in Latin, which brings to mind the radiant sunshine of the estate's region! This cuvée is expressive and balanced between floral and fruity notes. Clairette and Grenache blanc express themselves on the palate with a subtle, pleasant roundness.

About the domain :

Created in 2006 by organic grower Jean Marot, this 15-hectare estate is divided into two islands: one south of Mont Ventoux, the other closer to the Dentelles de Montmirail. In 2019, it was bought by the Combe family, owners of Dom. de la Fourmone in Vacqueyras, who entrusted Florentine and Albin (5th generation) with the management of the estate, which produces exclusively certified organic Ventoux wines.
