Domain Vindemio
Visit Domain VindemioVindemio, located in the Ventoux appellation, is now in the fifth generation of the Combe family. Vindemio means "I'm harvesting" in Latin, and Florentine and Albin Combe (also owners of Domain de Fourmone) are looking to build on the estate's past while ushering in a new era.

Domain Vindemio's 16.5 hectares are entirely farmed organically.

Domain Vindemio works mainly in parcels, to extract the best from their terroir and respect the flora and fauna present. Domain is also unique in that its vineyards are located at an altitude of 400 meters, facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.
