About wine:

Fresh and lively, Trigone Blanc No. 23 introduces the estate's energetic style. It expresses notes of fennel, boxwood, and candied lemon.

About the estate:

On the beautiful granite terraces of the Fenouillèdes region, northwest of Maury, Gérard Gauby and a few partners acquired this certified organic estate. In 2016, Wendy Wilson replaced Gerald Stanley, who had been running the estate since 2008. The red and white wines are vinified in barrels according to very natural principles: indigenous yeasts, no acidification, no chaptalization. Never lacking in freshness or elegance, the reds have recently gained in structure and body. But from the very first vintage in 2001, Le Soula has distinguished itself mainly through its whites, which have impressed us with their purity and intensity: the combination of Macabeu, Sauvignon Blanc, and several other grape varieties works wonders here. The wines often deserve to be aged in order to enjoy their best expression.
