Food and wine pairing
Pairing it with chocolate is a classic: the tannins of cocoa and Grenache are surprisingly similar! Other pairings are possible, especially with Gorgonzola, in spring with red fruit soups and in autumn with fresh fig with plum coulis!

About the wine:
Amber, candied, this sapid wine evokes sweetness.
About the domain :
Back on the family land since 1984, the Parcé brothers first made a name for themselves producing vintage-style mutés sur grains banyuls (vintage, ready-to-drink young), to which they brought a previously unknown precision of flavor and aromatic intensity. Jean-Emmanuel embodies the family's renewal, arriving in 2010. He has reduced the size of the vineyard to 34 hectares of this highly fragmented plot (50 parcels). Sun exposure and altitude vary. He has taken up the challenge of organic farming in this arid landscape, which lives to the rhythm of the sea. The dry reds and whites have become benchmarks, with frank, intense expression. We salute the exceptional consistency of the range, in all three colors, as well as in the VDN, and it's only logical that it should earn back its second star.
