"With its very Mediterranean blend, this Collioure is more sea-oriented."

Its freshness is reminiscent of sea spray, and its notes of garrigue and black fruits make it a perfect match for fish. Its texture makes it a perfect accompaniment to roasted meats, and its silky tannins mean it can be kept for up to ten years. A real pleasure!

Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the domain :

Back on the family land since 1984, the Parcé brothers first made a name for themselves producing vintage-style mutés sur grains banyuls (vintage, ready-to-drink young), to which they brought a previously unknown precision of flavor and aromatic intensity. Jean-Emmanuel embodies the family's renewal, arriving in 2010. He has reduced the size of the vineyard to 34 hectares of this highly fragmented plot (50 parcels). Sun exposure and altitude vary. He has taken up the challenge of organic farming in this arid landscape, which lives to the rhythm of the sea. The dry reds and whites have become benchmarks, with frank, intense expression. We salute the exceptional consistency of the range, in all three colors, as well as in the VDN, and it's only logical that it should earn back its second star.
