"Joli Roussilon
"Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre for this wine that smells of garrigue and orchard. Full-bodied on the palate, it tends towards fruit, with controlled, mineral tannins. The wine is just right, offering the leathery notes of Mourvèdre with finesse on the finish. A simple vinification revealing a terroir, that of the Aspres". A little disappointed by this vintage compared with the previous 2017. It needs to be opened well in advance.

a strong, unpleasant animal odor on opening (reduction). Decanting reduced the smell, but did not totally eliminate it. I'll wait for the next bottles

A perfectly built wine, very balanced and drinkable. Fruity without too much alcohol. Very satisfied.
