"The schistose marls of the Fenouillèdes region are ideal for Grenache Noir. This wine has a ruby color with black moiré highlights. After an initial nose of fresh red berries (cherry), aeration reveals notes of black fruit with a touch of pepper. These red fruits are found again in a well-constructed, silky, structured and long palate". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)

About the wine:
The schistose marls of the Fenouillèdes region are ideal for Grenache noir. This wine has a ruby-red color with black moiré highlights. After an initial nose of fresh red berries (cherry), aeration reveals notes of black fruit with a hint of pepper. Red fruits are again present in a well-constructed, silky, structured and long palate.
About the domain :
The Grier family, owners of a vineyard in South Africa renowned for its sparkling wines, set up this 25-hectare estate in the Fenouillèdes region in 2006. They have entrusted the reins to Raphël Graugnard, who brings all his experience to bear in making wines that symbolize the successful union of the Old and New Worlds.
