About the domain :
The son of Breton farmers who emigrated to the United States, Manhattan-born Franco-American Patrick Rety realized his dream of making wine, working on the expression of terroir. He studied and began his career in Brittany, selling franchises for a restaurant chain. In 2012, his estate (4 ha today) was born, near Rivesaltes. In conversion to organic (biodynamic) farming.
