This Vieilles Vignes white is a cuvée made from the estate's oldest oldest vines on the estate (over 100 years old), from the "Mas Farines" area. This wine opens generously with aromas of peach peach, almond blossom and broom. The palate is rich, fruity and fresh Mediterranean style. A lovely Roussillon white!

3*Star rating (High-quality production, a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, just like its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
